What Participants Say
The Learning Groups can be a valuable experience for you, as it has been for over 700 executives who have participated in this learning experience. Here is some of their feedback:

  • My learning group gave me the opportunity to take time out of such a busy, scheduled life to work on the multitude of skills that are required to be a good leader. It is so easy to get caught up in the daily fires, but the Learning Group has allowed me one day a month to sit back and think about how I can do better, and be better.
  • My learning group gave me the blessing of focus and support to be a better leader – to take personal responsibility for growing, learning and acknowledging my weaknesses, to follow vision and passion, to listen and support our staff, and to stay always true to mission.
  • The Fieldstone Foundation has been a constant source of both powerful and gentle wisdom, compassion and trust for me since I first participated in the CEO Learning Group in 1998. When I am in a place of despair or problem solving, I always refer to the Fieldstone Leadership Network’s philosophy and teachings to get back on track. You have helped expand my vision and potential to serve our community with love, respect and grace.
  • I was new in my post as the ED of my organization and having a neutral safe place to explore ideas and receive input from other seasoned executives was amazing. We have had a great year in our organization, and I credit much of this success to the implementation of ideas germinated during my Learning Group experience.
